Season Closing Announcement – January 16

As the season wraps up, we want to say THANK YOU to all our customers for choosing Bird’s Deer Processing this year. We’re truly grateful for each and every one of you and appreciate your continued support 🙏

If you have any 🦌 deer meat that still needs to be processed, please reach out soon to get on the schedule before we close for the season on January 16

Hey y’all! We’ve moved to a new spot in the Toledo Bend area!

We’ll be doing pickups every Monday in DeRidder and Leesville for deer that were killed over the weekend — for those who can’t make it out here to drop off.

Starting Monday November 3 rd we’ll begin taking cooler deer only.

Please call or text over the weekend if needed to be added to the list for pick up. 337-226-7090

We won’t be making snack sticks or summer sausage this year, but exciting news — a new shop is being built!

Attention hunters, we will not be accepting any deer that needs to be skinned, night drop off cooler is turned off. However we will be accepting deer that are quartered up in ice chest

Bird’s Deer Processing will be closed after 4pm today
We do have a night drop facility, your deer has to be field dressed(gutted) or cooler drop off. Place tag on cooler or deer, with name or phone number,sorry for any inconvenience
