November Break (5th Week): Reminder that we'll be closed the week of November 25th-29th for some deep cleaning, staff training, and family time. We will be holding it the week of Thanksgiving instead of our traditional 5th week closure at the end of the month. Enjoy the break and come back recharged!
December Testing: Get ready to show off those skills! Testing is scheduled for the second week of December. Register by November 20th to secure your spot!

Thanksgiving Safety Tips
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving. Check out these tips to stay safe while you're feasting and celebrating!
Kitchen Safety:
Never leave the kitchen unattended while cooking.
Keep children away from the stove and hot surfaces.
Use timers to keep track of cooking times.
Be careful when handling knives and other sharp utensils.
Clean up spills and messes immediately.
Have a fire extinguisher on hand and know how to use it.
Food Safety:
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after handling food.
Thaw frozen foods completely before cooking.
Cook poultry to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Refrigerate leftovers within two hours of serving.
Use separate cutting boards for raw meat and vegetables.
Home Safety:
Keep candles and matches away from children and pets.
Unplug lights and appliances when not in use.
Be aware of electrical hazards, especially when decorating with lights.
Keep cords out of reach and avoid overloading outlets.
Have a fire escape plan in place and practice it with your family.
