Fish 2 days this week and released 3 Blue Marlins out of 4 seen, the one fish did not bite. Big girls all over 350. Fishing was really good yesterday but it sure was sporty weather wise. Krauss sure can find them and Charlie does a great job on the leader.

Well the good news is our blue marlins are getting off closer to the boat, todays blue one pull of right off the back of the boat. 4 for 6 on sails, a yellow fin tuna and some nice Mahi’s. Taking a day off tomorrow.

After almost three months at Bayliss Boatworks and a major retrofit including total engine rebuild, new Generator, new Omni scope, refreshed interiors and much more the Sandra D is on her way to Costa Rica and the Pacific Ocean. We plan to fish the Winter, Fad Fishing in the summer and likely head to Cabo and Mag Bay for the fall Stripe Marlin season. Not sure when she will come back but we are all excited for what we hope will be a great adventure. Will poste our progress on our way to Quepos from Golfito. Wish us luck.

The motors, transmissions and generator are out of the boat. Bayliss will start installing the Omni Sonar tomorrow. We hope to be ready for sea trials in early October. Then Palm beach and we will be on our way to Costa Rica. Exciting times coming.😎
