We have been monitoring a few court cases at the District Level that involve The City of Manteca & a few employees.
Its our Duty to inform residents of Manteca when we see violations ,dishonesty or possible over reach.

The City of Manteca has a policy in place regarding MAV (Mobile Audio & Video ) policy 444.2
(basically states patrol cars will have working GPS & Dash camera units in every car and they check to see if they are operational at start of every Officers shift, if they are not working they switch vehicles .)

This Policy is to protect residents of Manteca and Officers . This also helps the City of Manteca be transparent with its Citizens.

The issue our Citizens Watchdog Group has discovered while actively monitoring Federal Civil Cases in the Ninth Circuit is
the City of Manteca clearly has violated there own policy and from the video we have obtained its showing clear civil rights violations that can not be excused or explained in a way that makes any behavior valid .

We have decided to not to release these bodycams to the public because the MAV (dash cam footage is being withheld and the way they withheld it is unethical and dishonest , either way The City of Manteca is in violation of there policy they created .

We are going to let this run its course because there has been alot of clear factual evidence submitted by the Plaintiff , no he say she say evidence .

Thank You, City of Lathrop Police Department! 🌟

I want to take a moment to thank the City of Lathrop Police Department for their professionalism and understanding during a recent situation. Times are tough for so many of us right now, and honestly

,Bidenomics has hit my friend hard, leaving him struggling to keep up with bills. Unfortunately, he fell behind on a car payment, and things took a wild turn when I was sitting in his car and a repo tow truck picked it up—with me still inside! 😳. Thankfully, the tow truck driver was understanding and dropped the car, but it was the Lathrop Police who showed up and handled the situation with such care and professionalism. They were calm, respectful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved peacefully.
This whole experience has been a reminder of how challenging things are for so many people right now, and I’m stepping up to help my friend get back on track. But I also want to give a huge shoutout to the Lathrop PD for being so legit and doing their job with integrity. 🙌

Thank you for keeping our community safe and for showing compassion. when it’s needed most. You guys are the real MVPs! 💙

Nobody is perfect & tons of people have done things in past that landed some in jail or prison . The thing is everybody knows that violence anything more than drunken fist fight or heated altercation understands that they were foolish.
When violence & crime becomes something to worry about ,like it is now.

Just look at murders & robberies in Oakland ,Stockton & Manteca the violence no longer is criminal on criminal violence . It has now become innocent woman ,kids,men walking down the street in daytime .

As rational human beings we need to realize guns are here forever PERIOD thats the facts.

Please people gun is a mechanical tool just like a framers or carpenter uses everyday , and yes occasinionaly one of those men might shoot himself in foot in a rush or accident but understand the tool and u can avoid accidents.

ITS TIME TO ACCEPT THE FACT THE CRIME IS NOW COMMITTED WITH VIOLENCE AND IF YOU REALLY TAKE TIME TO UNDERSTAND HOW ANY TOOL WORKS YOU CAN REST ASSURED IF YOU RESPECT IT AND USE IT WHEN YOU NEED IT YOU WILL APPRECIATE THE JOB IT DOES!

PLEASE PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOVED ONES AND CAN TRUST THEMSELVES & DONT HAVE ANGER ISSUES PLEASE I WANT YOU TO DO JUST ONE THING IF YOU TRULY ARE A CARING PERSON WHO VALUES INNOCENT FOR MOST PART DECENT HUMANS AROUND ,Especially IF YOU HAVE DAUGHTERS OR NIECES OR GIRL FRIENDS JUST DO THEM ONE THING IT WILL LET YOU SLEEP EASIER AT NIGHT.

It has come to our groups attention that early Monday morning March 20th a citizen who lives in Manteca was assaulted by a individual who invaded his home with a gun .
The homeowners was assaulted by the perpetrator after his home was invades by the gun wielding criminal.
Manteca Police Dept arrived on scene as all this was occuring.
MPD charged this criminal with assault and having in possession a Co2 pistol.
The criminal was not charged with home invasion .
Mpd actually arrived while homeowner was fighting this gun wielding felon.

Has Manteca Police Dept failed this citizens of Manteca .
Clearly we need answers after the homeowner provided us with CCTV Security footage.

Please if anyone sees any of these items ,they were.stolen in Oakland last night from a friend.
Theres women's spearfishing gear,the truck is pretty obvious , the surfboard and the glass artwork .
