Great opportunity for our Lady Mustang Seniors-Senior day Saturday June 27th at Oxford, Ms at FNC Park- they will get to play one more game high school game with other seniors. Opening ceremonies will begin at 10:00 and the first game will be at 12:00. They would love to see some of you there to support them. If you have questions contact me. This will be McKinley Montgomery and Taylor Coker.

Mantachie Lady Mustang Fast Pitch High School team will be hosting tryouts on June 22 @ 6:00 at the high school softball field (will be done by 7:15) for the 2020-2021 school year.

Any Entering female 7th grade through entering 12th grade are welcome to tryout- if you were on the team last year, you will be required to attend.

Please wear tshirt, softball pants or shorts, socks and cleats or tennis shoes. Bring a glove, helmet, and bat if you have one.

Last night would have been senior night for our two seniors so since we couldn’t play we surprised them with gifts and their numbers on the field. Couldn’t have every player there but we will have a big celebration at some point this summer to honor ya’ll with the team.

Thanks to a great community with people and businesses that love our students at Mantachie High School. With all the uncertainty going on in our world, and all the negative news, we coaches wanted to find a way to honor these Seniors whose season has been put on hold. Congrats for all your hard work!

As the last day in Disney winds down and we head home tomorrow... this has been an excellent week of softball and fun! The girls got some much needed experience against a really good Fort Bend, TX team and got to face a sophomore pitcher committed to Oklahoma throwing in upper 60’s. She pitched a no hitter against us Tuesday but today we had six hits and made some great adjustments. Disney...what can I say... we have all had a great time! Making memories for a lifetime!!
So glad this trip was possible- Mountains next year!
