The seminar is open to members and non-members, and has multiple sessions all day for kids, beginners, and advanced students. Fight Night for Lil’ Samurai! The kids got their first taste of kumite tonight with their full toolbox (punches, kicks, and throws), and did not disappoint! Lots of silly action, but a lot of smart moves and good strikes! Can’t wait for the next one!

A lot of times bullying starts at home. It can stem from insecurity. Whether it’s child responding to abuse or neglect in the home or mimicking what he sees, this type of behavior has lasting effects on all involved.

Bullies are looking for easy targets; low hanging fruit. They want a fight with someone they can beat. And body language will be an indicator for them. The ability to respond will determine whether the bully continues or moves to another target. Give your kids the confidence to protect themselves from bullying.
