Today we celebrate the flips, the leaps, the hard work—and especially the moments when a child realizes, “I did it!”

For 44 years, Spirals has had the privilege of watching generations of children grow stronger, braver, and more confident through gymnastics.

In 1982, Elena was the little girl at the top of this Spirals pyramid.

Today, she has four grown children of her own.

A whole lifetime has happened between these two photographs — and Spirals has been here through all of it.

44 years. Thousands of children. Generations of memories.

From first lesson to first place. ❤️

Before the state championships and first-place banners, there were rolls, handstands, cartwheels—and lots of practice.

We're incredibly proud to celebrate three 2026 State Champion teams: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

But every one of these champions started the same way: learning the basics in gymnastics class.

Whether your child dreams of competing someday or simply wants to build strength, confidence and new skills, every gymnastics journey has a beginning.
