Don’t over think it.
When eating always think PROTEIN FIRST.
Then add in fats and sprinkle a little carbs.
One of my go to easy meals:
Grass fed 93/7 beef
Jasmine rice
Guacamole 🥑
Little queso 🧀
Pico 🍅
Lettuce 🥬
If you always keep protein in mind when eating, you shouldn’t be overeating carbs. Tracking macros helps a lot too. Most just don’t understand portions and that’s okay. I’m here to help!
