Great ground self defense class yesterday!! Thank you to all the attendees and to Mr Steve for helping! This is a super fun but very physical class. We cover proper falling standing quickly (and protected), strikes and pressure points from the ground defense position as well as escaping skills that crossover various positions. Lots of fun!
Unfortunately, we were so busy that we didn’t get pictures…. Tends to be our weakness…ha.
Thanks again to everyone that attended and to Mr. Steve for helping!!

Spring self defense clinics are live on the website! Now is the time to register or schedule a clinic of your own!

Flyers and events will be posted soon, but registration link is on the website.

We are scheduling for 2023 - except for January, February and May. Small groups, organizations or businesses, see what we have to offer and we can get you scheduled.

Teenage and adult woman can increase awareness to avoid a situation before it occurs as well as increase physical skills to escape a situation if necessary. Learn awareness skills, verbal commands, distance as well as various strikes to defend.

Class held at the Mansfield Activity Center and is $23 per person, price increases 2 days prior to $28 per person. Must have a membership for the Recreation Center.
