Here are a couple exercises to get you started at home or at the gym⬇️

Lower Body: 🍑DOUBLE TROUBLE 🦵🏼

➡️Reverse Slider Lunge into
➡️Side Slider Lunge

Upper body (shoulders):
🔥TRIPLE 💪🏼THREAT🔥
➡️Full Front Raise into
➡️Pull Apart into
➡️Overhead Press
