Happy Monday ๐ค
I have to remind myself of this latelyโฆ.just because my progress is slower doesnโt mean Iโm not making progress.
I am.
Iโm getting stronger. Iโm slowly losing fat. Iโm staying consistent. Iโm fueling my body. Iโm moving every day. Iโm putting in the work.
And in a world where quick results are everywhere, sometimes you have to remind yourself that sustainable progress was never supposed to happen overnight.
Iโm not against GLP-1s at all. I think they can be an incredible tool. But theyโre still a tool and regardless of what tool someone uses, the habits MATTER.
It can be hard to work your butt off, train consistently, eat well, and watch someone else lose 10 pounds in what feels like the blink of an eye.
Especially my postpartum girlies, when your body is already asking so much of you.
But I keep reminding myself: Iโm not chasing the fastest result. Iโm chasing the result I can MAINTAIN.
I want strength.
I want better habits.
I want longevity.
I want to know that what Iโm building is something I can KEEP
So if your progress feels slower than everyone elseโs right now, keep going.
There are still plenty of us out here doing the hard, boring, consistent work every single day and itโs working, I promise!
Slow progress is still progress. ๐ค
