Let the gentle waves of sound guide you into deep relaxation as we celebrate the balance of day and night. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, recharge and sync with nature’s rhythm this fall season.

We will do a brief guied meditation allowing us to settle into our practice. Bring a mat, pillow, blanket, wear comfy clothes, and get ready to soak in soothing tones that nurture your mind, body and spirit.

Yoga may begin on the mat, but it was never meant to stay there.

It shows up in the way we care for one another. It helps us build stronger bodies, calmer minds, healthier families, and more connected communities. That is why you will find Sunshine Yoga Shack not only inside our beautiful downtown studio, but also in hospitals, community spaces, city events, and celebrations throughout Mansfield.

You became a yoga teacher because yoga changed something in you.

This training is for 200-hour yoga teachers who are ready to go deeper—whether you’ve been teaching for years, just started teaching, or haven’t taught a class yet.

You’ll learn.

You’ll teach.
You’ll question things.
You’ll grow.

And you’ll do it alongside a community of teachers who love yoga just as much as you do.

Complete your 300-hour training and take the next step toward your RYT-500.
