Train hard in a focused small group setting! Improve your strength, technique, and conditioning.

👊 Boxing & Kickboxing with Strength Training
📅 Day: Mon/Wed/Fri
⏰ Time: 6:30/7:30; 8:30 on Fri only
👥 Small Groups – Limited Spots must reserve
💲 Cost: $1 session $20, 2 sessions is $35, 3 for $45 per session.

Policies:
• Payment required to reserve your spot
• No-shows are non-refundable; however, if notice is given 24 HOURS in advance you can reschedule or refund. Emergencies are case by case.
• Rescheduling must be q** 24 hours in advance.**
