🥜🍫 WEDNESDAY RECIPE DROP! 🍫🥜

Looking for a quick, healthy snack to fuel your day? These No-Bake Protein Energy Balls are packed with protein, easy to make, and perfect before or after your workout at HT Fitness!

✅ High Protein
✅ No Baking Required
✅ Great for Meal Prep
✅ Kid-Friendly Snack

Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups rolled oats
• ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
• ⅓ cup honey
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
• ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients until fully combined.
2️⃣ Refrigerate for 15 minutes if the mixture is too sticky.
3️⃣ Roll into 1-inch balls.
4️⃣ Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
5️⃣ Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

110 Calories | 5g Protein | 12g Carbs | 5g Fat

This week’s Train with HT Thursday is for the days you don’t feel like working out. No pressure. No intense workout. Just simple movement to get you started — because showing up is the hardest part. 💪

Today’s workout:
✔️ Slow Bodyweight Squats
✔️ Wall Push-Ups
✔️ Standing Side Bends
✔️ March in Place

Low intensity. Beginner friendly. And still effective. 🙌

Remember: you do NOT have to be perfect to make progress. One small workout is always better than none. ❤️
