South Fork Trophy Bear Hunts

A Father/son hunting group harvested these trophy bears the same morning in 2024 hunting with us. Beautiful taxidermy work.

Lotta hours in this Coastal NC bear fight scene. These 2 bears were both 500lb+. They are placed on a custom Coastal NC swamp habitat. Shout out to His Creations Taxidermy for coming down the mountain for the first couple days and giving us a hand getting these big boys set up.

Well this guy helped himself to our tractor seat. Let's get some guesses on weight. Hopefully we will know his weight in a couple weeks.

We will be offering knife and slingshot hunts in 2026 if anyone is interested.(not really..maybe). I would of videoed longer but I had to put the phone down and throw that bear something to play with.

Here is a bear one of our hunters passed on. He tried climbing in our stand. He should be a solid shooter next year!

Unfortunately a full moon and 80° midday temperatures kept our biggest bear only moving at night but All of our hunters harvested a bear. 100% is fairly good numbers. Can't wait to see how big those bear get by our next hunt. Here is a few pictures, we didn't get many pictures unfortunately because we were too busy dragging bear.

We don't put out cameras for bears but we did put this camera up for trespassers, and gotva pic of a decent bear. That belly almost dragging. What's some guesses on weight?

We put out extra peanuts at this stand

We're already pumping the peanuts to em. Thats almost 10 tons and it will be gone in no time.
