Clearing brush on Monday mornings seems to be the order of the day for the Outer Banks Gun Club volunteer maintenance crew this time of year. Thank You guys, your work and attitude is most appreciated.

There’s nothing better than walking into a house that smells like dinner’s already taken care of.

Sweet maple, savory mustard, and garlic slow-cooked until the pork turns fork-tender and juicy.

The sauce thickens into something rich and glossy that coats every slice.

👉 STEPS:
Season pork tenderloins with salt and pepper.
Whisk maple syrup, Dijon, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic.
Place pork in slow cooker and pour sauce over top.
Cover and cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours.
Let rest a few minutes before slicing.
Spoon extra sauce over slices and serve warm.

🧡 It’s simple, comforting, and feels a little special without any extra work.

The Monday Morning get it Done Crew was back at it again at the range this morning.

The range is open tomorrow, Feb 4, 2026. Probably be a little icy fist thing in the morning. Watch where you walk and wear appropriate shoes or boots, and dress warmly.

Monday the crew were back at it at Outer Banks Gun Club. Clearing brush along the left side of the rifle range. Our volunteers are what keep this place going and they are greatly appreciated. Thank you guys, another great job.
