24 Hour Fitness Facility located in Mannington, West Virginia. Martial Arts, Yoga, Zumba, Hiit and soon many other classes will be offered at our facility.

Personal training and nutritional coaching will also be available upon request of the customer. We also will have tanning packages available! You will want to with us!

Don't hesitate to join her Black & Silver Balance class on Tuesdays at 6PM.

This is a yoga flow that builds stability...meaning better balance, coordination, and posture — that's something we all could work on!

You can BYOM (bring your own mat) or we have a few floating around the gym if you need one.
