North Peak Performance 24 Hour Fitness Facility located in Mannington, West Virginia. Martial Arts, Yoga, Zumba, Hiit and soon many other classes will be offered at our facility.

Just a few reminders:

✅Student athletes (ANYONE AGED 13-17) can only be in the gym during our staffed hours *listed below* without adult supervision or legal guardian. Any other time they MUST be with an adult. THIS IS IN YOUR CONTRACTS!

✅The The PowerHouse Youth Training Center closes after staffed hours. 🚨ALARM WILL SOUND IF THE DOOR IS OPENED FOR ANY REASON 🚨

✅After 4 long years of tirelessly *attempting* to answer *most* phone calls all day/night Cora has shut off call forwarding. To reach the gym by phone YOU MUST CALL DURING STAFFED HOURS.

✅To cancel memberships YOU MUST NOW COME IN TO THE GYM TO COMPLETE THE CANCELLATION AND SEE A STAFF MEMBER. You CANNOT do this over the phone ANYMORE. Effectively IMMEDIATELY.

We aren't coming to a screeching hault but we know summertime is busy and with nice weather and lonnnger days its hard to be in the gym.

We still have AMAZING group fitness opportunities but we are dialing it back this summer.

Don't worry! We will fire back up early September for Fall but this is our JUNE, JULY, AUGUST line up.

YOU ASKED & WE LISTENED!! Water Aerobics is BACK with a new evening time of 6:30PM every Tuesday starting June 9th.

Cost: $10 per class
We'll provide the noodles.
You bring your own water and a towel.

*Water aerobics weights are not necessary for this class, but you're always welcome to bring them to level-up your workout 💪

We finished up our NPFL Spring Flag Football Camp today and we are so thankful for all the North Marion Football program has done for these kids! I think they'll be ready for ya in a few years! 🏈🍂🍁

Our winners of our skills groups were C**t and Weston!

We plan to really grow this camp for next year!

Update on the NPFL Spring Flag Football Camp!

Our LAST session is tomorrow at North Peak Performance from 3-5pm!

Our coaches feel an actual "tournament" may be difficult because of ranges in ages and skills so we are having a "competition day" to see who is the best of the best when it comes to all the skills we have practiced and see if we can put some of it to WORK!

Each child will recieve their participation shirt tomorrow as well!

We cant wait to see you!
