To the group that left my gym in such a mess, and I know who you are. You should find another gym. When I come here tonight, and tomorrow night, and the night after that, you are going to learn. Also if you were here watching them leave stuff everywhere including the chalk all over the Dungeon. You can leave as well. ~Coach Bench

BREAKING BARS WEEKLY REPORT

Another week of hard work, progress, and grit at Breaking Bars. Here’s what happened inside the gym this week.

🏋️ PR OF THE WEEK

William McCaw crushed a new 501 lb squat personal record, breaking the 500 barrier with authority.

💪 STRONGMAN PROGRESS

Bubba Brown continues improving his farmer’s carries, getting stronger and more efficient with every session.

🔥 CONSISTENCY SPOTLIGHT

Allison Bloodworth and Kayce Thigpen completed a full week of circuit training, showing what dedication and consistency look like.

🎉 GYM CELEBRATION

Coach Jeff Elian celebrated his 35th birthday this week. The Breaking Bars crew appreciates the leadership, coaching, and motivation he brings every day.

🧠 COACH’S MESSAGE

Progress doesn’t come from one big workout. It comes from showing up again and again, even on the days you don’t feel like it. Consistency wins every time.

💥 MEMBER CHALLENGE

Next week’s goal: Beat your previous best. Whether it’s more weight, more reps, or more effort — show up and push your limits.

For nearly 9 years, this Sorinex Base Camp rack has been the heartbeat of Breaking Bars Gym.

From day one, it’s been more than just steel and bolts — it’s been the stage for PRs, first lifts, comeback stories, and straight-up grit. Built like a tank and smooth as butter, the Base Camp handles everything we throw at it: heavy squats, controlled bench work, explosive pulls, cable movements, and those “just one more rep” moments that turn into breakthroughs.

The dual functionality makes it a powerhouse — classic rack strength up front, precision cable work on the side. It’s versatile enough for beginners learning form and tough enough for seasoned lifters chasing numbers. Over the years it’s seen chalk fly, plates slam, bands stretch, and plenty of sweat hit the floor — and it still stands strong.

What makes it special isn’t just the craftsmanship (though Sorinex builds some of the best in the game). It’s the history. Almost a decade of community. Almost a decade of progress. Almost a decade of people stepping under that bar and choosing to get better.

At Breaking Bars, this rack isn’t just equipment.

It’s legacy steel.
