Here's the schedule for our week:

Wednesday 12pm-2pm, PH 104:

Wall Running
Proper Stretching
Vault Progressions

Sunday 7pm-9pm, Schellberg Gym:

Follow the Leader
Split Vault
Fight or Flight

On Sundays we only use half of Schellberg gym. The other half is taken by the Dagorhir Battle Games, a foam weapons club. Since we share the space, we've also shared our skills.

So come on down to learn both fight and flight.
