ECHO PLAYERS!!

This is your standard 9-day warning!!! Here's the basic stuff to know:

THURSDAY NIGHT (8/20/26) - DRAFT PARTY:

- Date: Thursday, August 20, 2026
- Time: 5:30pm social hour; 6:30pm draft
- Location: Loose Moose
- What: Bring friends and family; buy a t-shirt; yuck it up, have dinner; tip your servers; players are drafted and provided a jersey; free door prizes; raffles, etc.

AFTER-PARTY - Directly following the Draft Party (8:30pm ish); ask around for the location (ain't putting it on Facebook, that's for sure); beverages and snacks provided at the after party

FRIDAY NIGHT (8/21/26):

- Games are at 6pm, 7:15pm, AND 8:30pm - you'll know what time you play when you learn what team drafted you! Specific schedules will be posted on Facebook starting at about 8:30pm on Thursday, August 20, 2026
- Chuck-a-puck immediately after the 7:15pm game before the ice is cleaned for the 8:30pm game

SATURDAY (8/22/26):

- Games start at 7:30am, and the last game is at 4pm - check Facebook for the full schedule, which will get posted on Thursday, 8/20/26, at about 8:30pm
- Mavs Hockey plays during the lunch break starting at around 11:45am or so
- Chuck-a-puck occurs between the 2nd and 3rd period of the 1:30pm game
- Food: Burgers/Hot Dogs provided in the parking lot starting at around 11:15am, bring a side, a beverage, a lawn chair, a shade canopy, and get comfy!
- Silent Auction - CLOSES AT 6pm

Skaters who participated last year: This is a friendly pre-Memorial-Day reminder to sign up for the 2026 tournament. Follow the instructions in the email that was sent to you earlier this month to secure your spot. We’ll send a formal email reminder after the holiday as well. We’re looking forward to another great event!

ECHO HOCKEY DATE INFO: The 2026 Echo Hockey Benefit tournament will be held on Thursday, August 20 (draft party); and games on Friday/Saturday, August 21 and 22. This is one weekend earlier than our tradition of hosting on the weekend before Labor Day Weekend. Please mark your calendars!!

We had our first meeting and we're off to a fast start!!
