Build stronger biceps and forearms with the cable hammer curl 💪🔥

Using the rope attachment keeps constant tension on the muscles throughout the movement while also helping target the brachialis and forearms for fuller-looking arms 👊

A few tips for better curls:
➡️ Keep your elbows close to your sides
➡️ Avoid swinging your body for momentum
➡️ Control the weight on the way down
➡️ Squeeze at the top of each rep for maximum muscle activation

Cable movements are great because they provide smooth, consistent resistance from start to finish 😎🏋️

💡 Bonus tip: Hammer curls can help improve grip strength, which carries over into exercises like rows, pull-ups, and deadlifts!

➡️ Hold a kettlebell (goblet or suitcase hold)
