HYROX Simulation Recap! 🔥
What a day! Our athletes showed up, put their training to the test, and CONQUERED a full HYROX simulation! 💪🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
The challenge included 8K of running + 8 workout zones, featuring heavy sled pushes and pulls, burpee broad jumps, and finishing with 100 wall balls! 😮‍💨🔥
Congratulations to every athlete who stepped up, pushed through, and gave it their all. We loved celebrating your hard work and accomplishments!

Some milestones deserve to be celebrated.

A few years ago, after experiencing multiple heart attacks, Roy made the decision to prioritize his health through exercise. What started as a commitment to recovery has become an incredible journey of perseverance and consistency.

Two weeks ago Roy reached an amazing milestone by walking his 1,000th mile on our indoor track.

Roy, your dedication is an inspiration to our entire fitness community. Thank you for reminding us that every step counts, and that it’s never too late to make a positive change. Congratulations on 1,000 miles—we can’t wait to see where the next thousand take you.

We’re celebrating the arrival of our brand new fitness equipment, and we want you to celebrate with us!
