• Zumba 9:25 am
• African Dance Fitness 9:50 am

Come out and practice yoga with me, get stronger in Boot Camp and dance it out in with me and my fellow instructor, Preshous.

Some great moments from the weekend in Manhattan, KS. Loved the energy and the feeling of the it’s almost as if I never left. I appreciated the and the Douglass Center Crew that came out to dance with me at this amazing event right in front of out new Douglass Activity Center building that I finally got see in person. Thank you Sonya and Mr. Baker for your support while I worked there. Thank you for being great to work with Fernandos! The Fitness Experience, for bringing me out here.
