BJJ conditioning for Brown Belts at RMBJJ Delray Beach Florida. 8 minute rounds, 3 rounds, 3 minutes between rounds. 16 exercise stations and eventually the only rest the athlete gets in moving from one station to the next station. The focus is on the standup phase of the match which happens first. The athlete will have a full gas tank and after the first match win, the athletes gas tank automatically and instantly refuels. It’s PARAMOUNT the athlete wins the first match. By the third match, most opponents will have a half filled tank and our athletes will have their gas tanks filled by the third match from one 20-30 sessions.
