Are YOU ready for a change in your life?

For those of you that don't know me, here's a little about my story. I was incredibly fortunate to have played professional tennis, and then go on to be one of the few women to work on the floor of the NYSE. I believed I had made it and didn't have to worry about my future because I fulfilled my two dreams in life. This is why I never thought about a plan B!
But, as I'ms sure you know all too well, life doesn’t always go as planned. Sometimes that can be a blessing in disguise and it was in my case and for many of my clients, too.

Starting a side hustle has changed my life in so many ways, but here are the top 3:
1️⃣ It allowed me to pursue my passion and get paid while helping others
2️⃣ It relieved my financial stress by providing me with a way to pay my bills after being downsized
3️⃣ It brought back my ability to see a bright future (and actually enjoy my life, instead of living paycheck to paycheck)
Not having to rely on a full-time job and being able to live the laptop lifestyle was important to me. Did this happen overnight? Absolutely not.
Nevertheless, persevering until I had success was worth its weight in gold.

If you're thinking that starting a side hustle is going to set you back, think again. There are plenty of side hustles you can start for under $100.
Sometimes the best things to do is start listing your services online. Two of my go-to platforms are Fiverr.com and Upwork.

Hiya! We may not have met yet, but I’m Carol, and I’m a business coach.
I got into coaching after I was laid off when the stock market crashed in 2008. Back then, I never planned on having to come up with a plan B. But if I hadn’t pursued my side hustle dreams, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
The best piece of advice I can offer you about how to start your side hustle is to invest in a coach. As a business coach myself, I know firsthand how beneficial it is to work with a professional when you’re just starting out. Investing in a coach is no different than investing in yourself.

Citing reviews from raving fans helps you to overcome potential objections from prospects, because your competency and reliability have been proven and confirmed by past and/or existing clients.

If you’re just getting started and need to gain more exposure, then I highly recommend contacting your local library, schools, and organizations to see if they would be interested in your services.

By offering your unique knowledge for free, you’ll gain access to a whole new network of people and open yourself up to future business opportunities.

At the end of the day, it’s all a numbers game anyway. 📣🙃🏆
