This picture is incredibly special. ❤️ These are some of the original girls who helped build Tribute into the amazing organization it is today. They've been playing together since they were just 7 and 8 years old, and a few of them have been teammates since T-ball.

This is exactly why we always say, it's bigger than softball. 🥎

Watching these young ladies grow—not just as athletes, but as leaders, teammates, and incredible young women—has been one of the greatest blessings. The bonds they've built over the years are something truly special.

This weekend, our Tribute 14U team is competing in Nationals right here in Kansas! We couldn't be more proud of everything they've accomplished and the way they continue to represent the Tribute family with class, heart, and determination.

A huge shoutout to the coaching staff for the incredible job you've done leading, mentoring, and believing in these girls every step of the way.

What a way to close out our season at the Kansas State Tournament. Proud of these girls for battling all weekend and finishing as Runner-Up. 🥈

This team showed heart, toughness, resilience, and growth all season long. They continued to compete for one another, push through adversity, and represent Tribute Nation the right way on and off the field.

But this weekend wasn’t just about softball. We also got to enjoy some team bonding and make memories away from the field. From bowling, bumper cars, arcade games, laughs, food, and just enjoying time together as a team — moments like that matter just as much. Those are the memories these girls will remember forever. 💙

As a coach, I couldn’t be more proud of this group. We may not have ended with the championship ring, but we finished with pride, love, and a bond bigger than the game.

Thank you to all the parents, families, and supporters who rocked with us all season long. The future is bright for this team.

Girls, this is your moment.

Remember who you are, who you play for, and the work you’ve put in to get here. Every practice, every early morning, every tough loss, and every big win has prepared you for today.

Play with confidence. Play with joy. Play for the girl beside you.

When one of us falls, we pick her up. When one succeeds, we all celebrate. That’s what makes a team a family.

Play for His glory. Play for each other. Play for the name on the front, not the back.

Leave the excuses, the attitudes, and the fear in the dugout. Bring the heart, the hustle, and the energy.

Trust God’s plan, trust your teammates, and trust yourselves.

One last ride with this group. 🥎❤️

From the early practices to the long tournament weekends, these girls have battled, grown, laughed, cried, and became family. No matter what happens this weekend in Salina, I couldn’t be more proud of this team and everything they’ve overcome this season.

Now it’s time to leave it all on the field one final time.

Not the outcome we wanted today, but proud of the way these girls battled all weekend. We finished 1-1 today before the rain rolled in and cut the rest short in Columbus. 🌧️🥎

This team continues to grow, compete, and fight for each other every single game. The adversity, the long days, the weather delays — it’s all part of the journey, and these girls keep showing toughness through it all.

Thankful for every parent, player, and supporter that continues to ride with us. More work to do, more memories to make, and we’re just getting started.

A new vision is quietly being built.
Not just another softball team… but something built on culture, development, faith, family, and legacy.

We’ve been having conversations, praying, planning, and exploring the possibility of bringing together a highly competitive 16U program focused on growing young women on and off the field. The goal is bigger than wins and losses — it’s about building something meaningful that lasts.

Right now, we’re simply introducing the vision and gauging interest from players and families who may want to be part of something special.

The girls went 1-1 yesterday in Columbus, Nebraska and punched their ticket to Championship Sunday! 🥎🔥

Our first game today is at 2 PM and these girls are ready to battle. On Father’s Day, we’re playing with heart, toughness, and gratitude for all the dads and supporters who continue to show up for this team every step of the way.

This weekend was bigger than wins and losses. These girls went 3-1, competed at a high level, and showed what growth, grit, and togetherness really looks like. 🥎

Day 1, they came out focused, confident, and hungry — going 3-0 while playing some outstanding softball. Early Sunday didn’t end the way we wanted, but one game does not define this team.

What stood out most was the fight, the energy, the teamwork, and the way these girls continued to believe in each other every inning. They beat quality teams, faced adversity, responded under pressure, and kept growing together all weekend long.

This group is learning that success is not just about the scoreboard. It’s about effort, trust, toughness, and becoming a family. Every player contributed. Every player competed. Every player got better.

Proud is an understatement. The future is bright for this team. 💙🥎
