Yin Baguazhang basic pierce palm practice. These are some simple but basic shadowboxing yin Bagua techniques that can be very effective in hand to hand combat/free fighting. The purpose of of some of these basic techniques, I should say the adjective is to strike the eyes of the throat of the enemy now of course it’s not going to be easy. This is why you must practice repetition after repetition until these techniques become natural a reaction where you do not have to think about how to apply though, but you simply applied them accordingly to fit the situation. Oh, I should say your opponent. Well, that demonstrate in my practice in this video is very simple and can be practice anywhere as long as you got 2 feet and some space you can practice.
