South Bay Pony Baseball League We have been playing baseball and developing elite youth players at our home facility at Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach, CA since 1983.

Welcome to South Bay Pony Baseball. Pony baseball begins play at 4 years old with introductory T-Ball/Coach Pitch and gradually advances players through a highly structured program that is geared toward the development of fundamental skills to play the game at the highest level of youth competition. Pony Baseball is governed by the rules of Major League Baseball and our players enjoy the opportuni

ty to learn the game as it is played at the club, high school, college, and major league level. South Bay Pony is a hustle league that emphasizes focus and fun so that every player can maximize his or her potential to the fullest in a fun and safe environment.

Locals and friends are invited to come watch the South Bay PONY 7U & 8U All-Stars teams as they participate in our 2nd Annual South Bay Machine Pitch Classic! ⚾️

24 teams from Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego are competing this weekend featuring Jugs Pitching Machines set at 40 MPH.

Good luck to all teams, and don’t forget that our snack stands are open at all fields! (credit card & Apple Pay accepted) 🌭🥤

Introducing the 2026 South Bay PONY All-Stars ⭐️

These teams will represent South Bay PONY in competitive summer tourneys throughout SoCal, end of May through July. All-Star selections recognize strong regular season play and provide players an opportunity for higher-level competition.

At the same time, many players grow and thrive without participating in All-Stars, and some families choose to opt out due to summer schedules and other commitments. We’re proud of every player who wore a South Bay uniform this season.

Congratulations to all of our 2026 All-Stars!

Bronco Bruins over Ducks 6-3
PN Red Sox over Blue Jays 4-3

4 of the 5 championship games were decided by just ONE run. Doesn’t get much better than that! Congratulations to our division winners!
