You don’t have to be a deadlifting dad, but please don’t be a USTA dad! Your 40s aren’t the time to fall apart. Your 40s are the time to shine!

I’m not a therapist, but I know I do my best thinking and feeling when I’m moving and lifting. Resistance helps me regulate my emotions and balance my mood. Turns out my little dudes feel the same way.

Parenting works better when you do it on purpose with a purpose. Let’s go, fit parents! 💪

Don't overcomplicate nutrition! Healthy eating is simple.

👉Prioritize protein (~1g per pound of bw daily)
👉Limit ingredients (fewer than five)
👉Eat fruits and vegetables liberally
👉Eliminate sugar except for fruits, vegetables, and local honey
