Building Back Trust 🏐
The first time returning to the court after injury or surgery is often as much of a mental battle as physical one. It’s natural to worry about whether you’ll ever regain your peak performance, which is why the comeback must be built on patience and consistency.

The goal is to get the brain back on the same page as the body—not the other way around. Pushing too fast leads to frustration or worse, re-injury; moving with intention leads to progress.

Check out Brianna’s journey! 8 months post-op and she is officially reintroducing her right knee to the sport she loves. Her diligence in physical therapy has been incredible, and seeing her back in action is a huge win.

The process works when you trust the progressions.
