We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. The CrossFit Program was

developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to bike, run, swim, and row at short, middle, and long distances guaranteeing exposure and competency in each of the three main metabolic pathways.

Movement can be one of the best tools for managing stress — physically and mentally.
That doesn’t always mean going all-out.
Sometimes the win is:

Starting something new can feel overwhelming. When I first walked into CrossFit Nine7, I wasn't sure if I'd keep up. But having a clear, structured onboarding made all the difference—it kept me motivated and confident from day one.

Starting something new can feel overwhelming. But having a clear, structured Foundations course made all the difference—it kept me motivated and confident from day one.

A structured start means fewer drop-offs because you know exactly what to expect and how to progress safely. Our Private Foundations program sets you up with the right moves and mindset to stick with it.

What is Foundations?

Foundations is 4 one on one personal training sessions. This program is used to teach movements, improve mobility & technique and build your endurance.

You will complete some basic strength & endurance tests, which sets a baseline (starting point). We track progress with performance. If you are getting stronger and moving quicker, you are getting fitter.
