In partnership with , we’re proud to offer a 5-week strength and conditioning program paired with on-field goalkeeper training.

You can expect:
- Goalkeeper specific strength and conditioning training to enhance physical goalkeeper performance
- Insight on recovery and rehabilitation techniques
- Incorporation of on-field goalkeeper training

📆: Every Sunday starting July 12th to August 9th
