Meet the Krewe: Olivia! When teaching at The Pilates Krewe, Olivia wants to challenge clients while also creating a safe environment where everyone can feel rejuvenated and leave strong.

What started Olivia’s journey to becoming a Pilates instructor?

“I first started Pilates after a low back injury in college. My mom took me to my first class and I was hooked. Pilates quieted my mind and helped me connect with my body more. (It also gave me an excuse to hang out with my morn more 💕) I love to share that euphoric feeling with others!”

And what’s Olivia’s favorite Pilates move to teach?

“My favorite series to teach is supine arms–it burns so good!”

Meet the Krewe: Melissa! Another one of our amazing instructors, Melissa cultivates an environment of love and support for all her clients. What inspired Melissa to teach Pilates, and what’s her favorite move to teach?

“Once I felt the difference that Pilates made in my own body and in my own mental health, I knew it was something I wanted to teach and share with others.

My favorite move in Pilates is probably arms pulling straps variations on the long box. I really love working on the back body and postural muscles. It’s work most people need, including myself.”

Meet the Krewe, starting with owner and instructor Tracy! Why does Tracy love Pilates, and what inspired her to open her studio?

“I love teaching Pilates because it is more than exercise — it is the opportunity to help people reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and move without pain or fear. Every session is a chance to witness growth: stronger posture, greater mobility, renewed energy.
