Knights Knation is excited to congratulate 2025 alum Brody Trosclair on his commitment to the University of Tennessee and his move to the SEC!

The former Thibodaux High School standout, coached by his father Shane Trosclair, put together an outstanding freshman season at Northwestern State University before an injury cut it short.

One of the more intriguing 2028s in Louisiana, 2028 INF Grant Oustalet (Sam Houston HS), is off to a blazing start this summer for 16U Dodgers Scout.

Oustalet has been outstanding on both sides of the ball. A high-level defender at 3B, he’s also shown the versatility to handle SS, 2B, 1B, and even catch when needed.

2029 INF/RHP Travis Barnett (Ruston HS) continues to shine for Knights Knation 15 Marucci.

Opening weekend at the Hub City Tournament, Barnett delivered a clutch 2-out, 2-RBI double and worked 4 innings on the mound with 2 K’s, allowing just 2 runs.

This past weekend at the Scout Game at Louisiana Tech, he followed it up with another strong outing, tossing 4 innings with 2 K’s while throwing 41 strikes on 68 pitches.
