Our boutique classes are intentional athletic and designed to contour your body from the inside out. My journey into the world of fitness began with a strong foundation in education in pilates instruction and continually pursing opportunities in professional development. I am passionate about what I do; With a deep love for physical activity and a genuine desire to help others. I love to bring enthusiasm and expertise to EVERY event. I look forward to meeting you on the mat!!
