Job description:

Job Title: Assistant Gymnastics Coach
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Dakota Star Gymnastics- Mandan, ND
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

About Us

We are a growing gymnastics facility seeking a part-time Assistant Coach to support athletes in USAG Levels 3–9 and Xcel Silver–Diamond, as well as developmental and recreational programs. If you’re passionate about gymnastics and enjoy helping young athletes grow, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

Coach athletes in a safe, positive, and structured environment.
Assist with team, developmental, and recreational classes.
Support gymnasts’ technical growth, confidence, and sportsmanship.
Follow daily opening/closing procedures, including cleaning duties.
Attend 3–5 coaching shifts per week.
Be available for 75%+ of scheduled meets (December–April).
