This morning, our Kindergarten students marked the end of their school year with a special "stepping up" ceremony attended by both their family members and older SBS peers.

As part of the celebration, students shared what they hope to be when they grow up, performed several fun songs for their guests, and were recognized with special certificates. Each Kindergarten student also received a handmade card of congratulations from their 4th-grade buddies. πŸ’šπŸ€

Last night, we celebrated these 21 talented students as they finished out their academic journey at Saint Bridget School. We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished during their time on our campus and are excited to see the amazing things they will achieve in high school and beyond.

In what has become a beloved tradition, each spring SBS 8th grade students, under the guidance of their Language Arts teacher Ms. Dawley, create and illustrate personalized storybooks starring their 1st grade buddies as the main character. Each author/illustrator also writes a special dedication letter to their buddy on the inside cover.

Yesterday, the 8th graders presented the finished books to their 1st grade buddies as a special year-end gift. πŸ’šπŸ€
