✨ New Core Yoga class starts this Wednesday, June 17th, at 8:30am at Connected LLC in Manchester ✨

Ignite your entire core container and deep stabilizer muscles in this 45-minute core-focused yoga class. This class is rooted in the LYT Yoga method, which blends functional movement and vinyasa. This purposeful flow supports balance and helps coordinate movements directly from your center, waking up everything from your pelvis through your shoulders. Leave your mat feeling stronger, centered, and energized.

While Julia may be new to Connected, she is far from new to the practice and art of yoga. Her depth of knowledge, experience, and calming presence make her an incredible addition to our team.

Julia is now offering private classes as well as a Wednesday morning class — and we can’t wait for you to experience all she brings to our community 💛

Functional Flow - Wednesdays at 9am with Julia

Designed for all levels, including beginners and those looking for a steady pace, this class focuses on moving well so you can feel your best. Using the LYT Yoga® method, we’ll work through a mindful 'reset' to improve posture, wake up your core, and boost your energy. This class prioritizes joint safety and functional strength. You’ll leave feeling taller, more stable, and refreshed for your day.

We are thrilled to announce the return of Julia, an incredible yoga instructor who recognizes yoga as her strongest anchor in both her personal and professional life. With a dedicated personal practice and 10 plus years of teaching experience, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her classes.

Julia beautifully blends the therapeutic aspects of LYT Yoga (a specialized yoga method that combines the principles of physical therapy with yoga practice to promote sustainable, functional movement patterns and overall well-being) with traditional Buddhist and Yogic philosophies to create a grounded, accessible approach for all. Her classes are designed with variations and modifications to ensure every participant feels comfortable and empowered in their practice.

Registration for fall classes with MaineGeneral’s Peter Alfond Prevention & Healthy Living Center is now open, lots of wonderful classes to choose from! I’ll be offering an in person prenatal series this quarter, looking forward to holding space during this special time in a person’s life. 🤰💕🧘‍♀️

Many physical and emotional changes take place during pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga is about honoring these changes in our body and ourselves as we connect to baby throughout the childbearing months.
