Let’s talk GOALS…

It’s a brand-new year, and let’s be real—this is the season when everyone’s talking about goals. But what does it actually mean to set a goal?

A goal is more than just a wish—it’s a clear destination. It’s the result you commit to achieving, giving you purpose, direction, and that extra push when things get tough.

So, what makes a great goal? 🏆

Let’s break it down:

✅ Specific: What exactly do you want to accomplish? Get super clear.
✅ Measurable: How will you track your progress? Numbers, timelines, etc.
✅ Achievable: Be ambitious, but stay realistic based on your resources.
✅ Relevant: Does this goal align with your bigger “why” in life?
✅ Time-bound: Deadlines keep you accountable and on track.

For example, one of my goals for ✨ 2025 ✨ is to add 20 minutes of cardio (run, bike, row—you name it) every day on top of my regular workouts. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about building consistency and mental grit.
