Lauren has been with Bella Vita since 2020.

Some words from Lauren- “Dance is my therapy. It’s meditation when I’m alone, connection with other people, and growth on the stage. Performing gives me the chance to face my fear of failure head-on, helping me grow as a dancer and a person. I love showcases because they bring dancers of all experience levels together in a safe space and give them all a chance to shine a different ways. Witnessing newer dancers feel overwhelming love and support from a crowd for the first time is a truly powerful experience.”
