This weekend we got a brand new set of prostyle urethane dumbbells ranging from 5-125 pounds!
New custom built racks from Noah Jackson owner of
Jackson barn services in Manchester and a new body solid cable crossover. It’s very exciting seeing the gym become modernized. 4 years ago when I took over, it was my goal to make it this way, and we will constantly strive to improve.

We now have a new website for members to sign up and cancel memberships as well as get into contact with our personal trainer. The website will continue to improve with time but it is now functional. This is for new members only going forward and current members will not have to use the website and will not see any changes in membership price unless they cancel and resign up in the future.
