2027 Manchester Renegades 13U AAA Baseball Tryouts will be on Monday, July 20th 6-8pm at the Beckman Sports Complex. Playing for the Renegades includes:

- 2026 Fall Ball League and fall practices that are scheduled around in season sports.
- 2027 Winter practices beginning in January that are scheduled around in season sports
- 15 game USSSA weekday league
- Approximately 10 local and USSSA tournaments, including Small Town Iowa Championships, USSSA Iowa State Tournament, and another destination tournament chosen by the team.
- 2 sets of uniforms
- Multiple team practices per week
- A fun, competitive atmosphere that aims to prepare our players to perform at a high level now, while also developing the skillset, knowledge, and discipline needed to be successful at the next level.

If you would like to play for the Renegades in 2027, and if you are a serious player looking to work hard, improve your skillset, contribute to a successful team mission, and prepare yourself for the next level of play, please fill out the registration form via the link below asap. Submitting the form early is appreciated, as it helps us to prepare for tryouts. Please have your form submitted by Tuesday, June 16th.

🏈Attention: West Delaware 5th/6th Grade Football Players🏈

Tonight’s practice (8/18) will still take place from 5:30-7pm. Due to the heat, we will not wear our pants and leg pads. Please wear shorts, shoulder pads, practice jerseys, and helmets. We’ll monitor the heat closely, and remove the shoulder pads and helmets if necessary. Don’t forget to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.

It is with a lot of sadness and difficulty that I am making this post. Many of you are already aware, but I need to publicly announce that HD is currently undergoing the process of permanently closing its doors.

I have explored every potential option to keep HD available to our community, and I have poured every last ounce of finances into keeping it operable. Believe me, nobody wants this facility available to Manchester area athletes more than I do. I wish there was anything that could be done that would allow our athletes to continue their development inside this building. I will continue to fight until the very end, and explore any avenue that would keep HD within our community, but we are definitely into the Bottom of the 9th inning now.

To the athletes, please understand this venture was never about money. I never made a dollar from this project, and I have given far more than I could ever recover. I wish I was able to give even more in order to keep this space available for you, but I have reached a limit where there is nothing left to give. I created this facility with the sole wish that we can have it and enjoy it together. I’ll forever wish I could have provided that for a longer period of time.

Thank you all for your support of HD. I genuinely loved teaching courses and providing lessons to all of the athletes. Watching your development and times of success will forever be some of the greatest moments of my life. Thank you for trusting me to coach you and be a part of your journey. Any single piece of advice or guidance that I gave that may have assisted you with your goals, makes all of this worth the ride for me. There are so many moments shared with individual athletes, teams, coaches, friends, and family that I will forever cherish.

As part of shutting down operations, every item inside HD is for sale. The contents of HD can be sold to any individual, group, or entity, as a complete facility package or as multiple individual pieces. If you are interested in purchasing any of the contents within HD, please contact me asap.
