my opinion 95+% of players I have watched would improve much faster if they got themselves in good enough shape to sprint the floor for 40 minutes.

My favorite ways to do this
Full court 1 on 1 to 100 all 1s 16 second shot clock
full court 2 on 2 to 100 all 1s 16 second shot clock
full court 3 on 3 to 100 all 1s 16 second shot clock

Continuous half court 1 on 1 1s and 2s multiple games to 11 12 second shot clock
Continuous half court 2 on 2 1s and 2s multiple games to 11 12 second shot clock
Continuous half court 3 on 3 1s and 2s multiple games to 11 12 second shot clock
