Thank you to all of the incredible athletes who crushed the Spartan DEKA race today at RUSH! You all showed UP! 💪🏻 we are so incredibly proud of you, and can’t wait to cheer you on at the next race! For those of you who got top 1 in women’s and men’s and teams, expect us to reach out tomorrow for you to claim your RUSH flag!

We are only a few spots away from being sold out for tomorrow's DEKA Strong event and we are excited to announce that we will be giving out top finisher flags for top 3 male/ female and 1st overall male/female and co-ed teams! We can't wait to see you there! 💪

We have a big race prep weekend at Rush! Saturday will be our Killington practice race to get you fully ready for race day and Sunday will be your last chance to get a Deka time trial in with the gym set up the exact way it will be on race day the following weekend! It was a hot and humid night at the Elliot Delta dental 5K with Team Rush last Thursday! Millennium Running put on an amazing race as usual and we had a great time with a few of us hitting PRs as well! Thanks to everyone who was part of the team and to all of those stopped by our tent. We can't wait for the next one!
