Got some DL’s in today. First time I’ve done over a plate in a year or so. Felt great doing some moderate weight again. I’ve been trying to rehab my right foot from plantar fasciitis for around 6 months. About 2 1/2 years ago I had the surgery, which I do not recommend. Months ago, back to the same story. Hurting worse than ever before. On my journey now to find the right footwear and therapy. Finally feeling some relief. I’m lowering my carbs and going to lose about 10 more pounds. Done playing the size game. Time to get healthy!
