MY 4 DAY TRAINING SPLIT:

DAY 1 β€” PUSH (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
DAY 2 β€” PULL (Back, Biceps, Rear Delts)
DAY 3 β€” LEGS
(Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves)
DAY 4 β€” Rest day
DAY 5 β€” FULL BODY STRENGTH ENDURANCE (COMPOUNDS on Weak Points)

RULES:

β€’ Every muscle hit at least twice per week
β€’ Weakest muscles get extra attention
β€’ Progressive overload tracked every session
β€’ Intensity over duration (60-75 mins max)
β€’ Same schedule every week (habit beats motivation)

4 days is enough but feel free to change up whatever you’d like to make it YOUR routine!

Some weeks I’ll go super HEAVY on legs so I’ll swap my DAY 1 with DAY 3 to allow for enough rest and recovery. Consistency is your goal so do with this as you see fit!
