SPOTLIGHT ON NANCY BROOKS:
she has helped us out by subbing: Indoor Cycling, Yoga and Strength classes. We are so thankful any time she walks into the studio!
You can usually find her carpooling with her friend Mary on the weekends up to Manchester....

Nancy has taught Group fitness 25 years and yoga 20 of those. She is a 200 hour E-RYT and a 300 hour Kundalini yoga teacher.
Nancy is a family-oriented individual who has been happily with her husband for 37 years. They have two grown children and two grandchildren who are the joy of their lives. Her teaching journey began 40 years ago as a ski instructor at Okemo, which eventually led to her passion for group fitness and all types of yoga. She enjoys traveling and going on adventures with friends; the group is currently planning a hiking trip to Scotland this fall and a trip to the Dolomites in Italy for 2027. Nancy currently works in corporate America and is looking forward to her retirement in the next few years.
