Strength Training Classes:

starting this week : Tuesdays and Thursdays at NOON ( 45 minutes)

A strength and conditioning class that provides a full body workout using weights, resistance bands, exercise balls and own body weight. This fun and energetic workout also provides creative muscle-toning exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels.

Bio

Jessica Dillon brings her extensive training, experience and unique skillset to teaching classes at Zen Revolution. Jessica was a scholarship recipient at the Alvin Ailey Dance School Program in NYC. Following her Ailey training, Jessica danced with independent dance companies in both New York City and Toronto. After an injury ended her dance career, she became ACE certified and personal trained and taught fitness classes in New York City before moving to Dorset, VT. Jessica’s dynamic and energetic classes provide a full body workout that is built around the specific needs of her clients.
