Year 2 of the Holiday Movement Challenge!
Well Built Wellness challenges you to get in 150 minutes per week of aerobic activity for the second year in a row! This includes walking, skiing, snowshoeing, and whatever other activities YOU enjoy doing this holiday season. The challenge begins this week and ends on Saturday January 7th. Using a notebook or the notepad app on your phone, challenge yourself to keep track of each time you exercise, how many minutes you worked for, what activity you performed, and also how you felt afterwards. At the studio, we are keeping track of who accumulates the most minutes for the total 7 weeks, and the top 5 individuals will have their names placed in a hat, and one winner's name will be drawn to win a grand prize.
