A month of motocross.
Training. Racing. Hospital Visit. ☑️

If you follow my personal page, you’ve probably seen the August motocross play-by-play. 😅

What felt like a month of fewer gate drops, actually had plenty going on and added up to just as much work and commitment. We raced both weekends we had, attended training camp the day we could, and spent time off the bike learning.

Above all, we facing some of the toughest challenges head on! We overcame them & celebrated huge wins!

I am proud of this kid for his unwavering commitment to the sport and most importantly, to himself. While September will be a quiet month for us, we look forward to a few final races in October and lots of open rides/training days before next season.

Practice is underway at the ranch! 🏁

Before those gates drop at Loretta’s, these boys were lining up next to Grady on weekends. Same gate. Same dirt. Same dreams. Now they’re racing on one of the biggest amateur motocross stages in the country.

Watching families we’ve shared weekends with make it to Loretta’s is a reminder that every early morning, every practice, and every breakdown is building something bigger than trophies. These boys are chasing their wildest dreams through grit, determination, and heart.

We’re cheering for you this week! We are so proud of these boys and the families behind them.
Race hard, have FUN, and soak in every second of the experience you’ve worked hard to earn.

Dutch Sports Park 07/25-26/2026.
An eventful, but amazing weekend back at the track!

Grady was full of confidence. Seeing most all of his buddies, friends approaching him to cheer him on/tell him how happy they were to see him, and new faces recognizing Grady - telling him he is “famous” and that they have seen him train with Coach Corey.

These are this weekends wins and everything this boy needed. As his mom, I am BEYOND thankful for our moto family and could never thank each of you enough for all the encouragement and support.

07/26/2026 - Dutch Sports Park.
We came to race!

Determined to pull the holeshot on 23 others, Grady got a “little” loose! Not injured, thankfully - He got hit in the back by one other rider and came up with a mouth/face full of dirt. He was determined to get back on the bike and in doing so he pushed hard, had great lap times, and made 5 passes!! Second race, he came out ready to place. He was running middle of the pack, pushing hard and making passes. Determined to reach the kid in front of him, he hit a double (which he had ZERO business doing) and while he landed it, it knocked the wind out of him. He pulled off, struggling to breathe with chest pains. We ended the race in that moment. He raced hard this weekend and was most proud of himself!! We are now working on finding a balance between confident and cocky! (For safety reasons) 🤣

Trials and Tribulations = Bittersweet Excitement.

It’s been over a month since Grady has been on his bike & nearly two since he has lined up behind the gate. To say he’s missed it… and is a little nervous, would be an understatement, but - he’s back!

This weekend, the goals are simple: show up with confidence and finish both motos. We are not here to prove anything - we’re just getting back to what we love. One race at a time. 🏁

A tough couple weeks off the bike. Mom and I packed our bags and took off for a week in the U.P.

Six hours from home and we ran into one of my sponsors, Brubaker construction ! So wild! A fun, unplanned, day spent with him and some of his crew. Even crazier - mom’s moto tee struck up conversation with none other than Christopher Blackmer, who happened to be in the same small town, on the same weekend!

Safe to say I’m missing motos & every sign is pointing to a strong finish this season! 🤘🏼
