🌞 International Day of Yoga: Flow & Restore for the Summer Solstice 🌞

Join us on Sunday, June 21st at 10:30 AM for a special Flow & Restore class in celebration of International Day of Yoga and the Summer Solstice.

We'll begin with an accessible, all-levels vinyasa flow to gently awaken the body, build warmth, and connect with the energy of the longest day of the year. From there, we'll transition into deeply nourishing restorative postures supported by props, inviting you to slow down, cool off, and settle into stillness.

This practice is designed to honor the balance of the season - warmth and coolness, movement and rest, effort and ease.

After class, stay and enjoy summer solstice cookies, coffee, and tea as we gather in community and celebrate together.

✨ All experience levels are welcome.
✨ Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
✨ If you have yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, or blocks, we encourage you to bring them as well, as studio props are available in limited quantities. We will have props available for anyone who needs them.

Come for the yoga, stay for the treats, and celebrate the beginning of summer with us.

As we say goodbye to Sami, our beloved studio manager, this week we also want to celebrate her for being such a special part of our studio family!

If you’ve taken a class with us anytime over the last few years chances are you’ve met Sami, and have been greeted by her warm smile and infectious energy. Thank you Sami for being such a dedicated member of our team, you’ve left such a lasting impact on our community, and we’re all going to miss you so much!

New beginings, fresh energy, familiar flow✨

Happy February! We are officially one month into 2026 and our studio is already fuller. It's been great to welcome so many new faces into the studio and we're only getting started! We can't wait to see what the rest of the year holds for all of our students, and there's always still time to begin. Whether that’s on the reformer, mat, or both - come move with us!
